Who can list

A genuine business, home-based business, freelancer, professional or service provider can submit a listing, subject to the available categories and our review.

Use the correct name

Use the real public name of the business. Do not add unnecessary keywords, fake locations, competitor names or misleading claims to the business name.

Choose the closest category

Select the category and business type that best describe what you actually do. You can update them later if your business changes.

Accurate contact details

Phone, WhatsApp, email, website, location and opening hours should be current. Remove contact methods you no longer monitor.

Description

Explain what the business does, who it serves and what customers can expect. Avoid copied text, exaggerated guarantees, fake awards or claims you cannot support.

Images

Use clear, relevant images that you own or have permission to use. Do not upload watermarked stolen images, misleading before/after images, explicit material or unrelated pictures.

Products and services

List real products or services. Prices, availability and delivery information should be kept reasonably current.

Location and service area

Use an accurate location or service area. Home-based businesses may choose an appropriate public service area instead of publishing unnecessary private residential details where the platform allows.

Reviews

Do not create fake reviews, pay for misleading reviews, threaten reviewers or review your own business using false accounts.

Prohibited listings

Listings involving unlawful activity, scams, stolen goods, harmful malware, impersonation, exploitation or other prohibited content can be rejected or removed.

Review process

New or materially changed listings may be reviewed before publication. We may ask for clarification or evidence when information appears inconsistent or risky.

Keeping it updated

The listing owner is responsible for updating business status, location, contact details, opening hours and major service changes.

Removal

A listing may be hidden or removed for serious policy breaches, fraud, repeated false information, legal requirements or unresolved ownership disputes.

Use real business information

Use the real or commonly used business name and genuine contact details. Do not create a listing that pretends to be another company, professional or brand. If you manage a listing on someone else’s behalf, you should have their permission.

Images and descriptions

Upload images you own or are authorised to use. Descriptions should explain what the business actually offers. Avoid copied descriptions, misleading before-and-after claims, fake certificates, unrelated keywords or images that create a false impression.

Multiple locations and duplicate listings

A genuine separate branch may have its own location details where supported. Repeating the same business many times only to dominate search results may be treated as spam and can be merged, hidden or removed.
