Security & Safety

Security & Account Safety

Use a strong password

Use a password that is difficult to guess and different from passwords used on other important accounts.

Protect OTPs and PINs

Okay Business should not need your banking PIN, EasyPaisa PIN or OTP for normal support or manual payment verification.

Check the website

Before entering login information, make sure you are using the official Okay Business website and a secure HTTPS connection.

Shared devices

Avoid staying logged in on public or shared computers. Log out when finished.

Staff accounts

Create separate staff users where available instead of sharing the owner password. Give each person only the permissions they need.

Suspicious messages

Be careful with messages asking for urgent payment, password reset, remote access or confidential information. Verify unusual requests through an official channel.

Payment fraud

Only pay to an account currently shown or officially confirmed by Okay Business. Keep the transaction reference.

Report quickly

If you think your account, email or phone has been compromised, change relevant passwords and contact support as soon as possible.

Backups and exports

Where business continuity is important, keep appropriate exports or backups of critical business records in accordance with your own business needs.

Security updates

Keep your phone, browser and operating system updated and use reputable security software where appropriate.

Protect your login

Use a strong password that you do not reuse on other important services. Keep recovery email and phone details current where available, and never share passwords or verification codes with staff who do not need them.

Shared devices and staff changes

Log out of shared or public devices. When a staff member leaves, disable their access and review permissions. If you believe someone else has used your account, change the password and contact support promptly.

Suspicious messages

Be cautious with messages claiming your account will be closed unless you send a password, PIN, OTP or payment to an unofficial account. Verify important requests through the Okay Business website or official support channel.
