Subscription & Billing

Subscription & Billing Policy

Plans

Okay Business plans can include different features, limits and services. The plan page shows what is included at the time of purchase.

Monthly and yearly billing

Where available, you can choose monthly or yearly billing. The amount and included period shown at checkout or payment request apply to that purchase.

Activation

A paid subscription normally becomes active after payment verification. The confirmed activation date is the start of the paid period unless another start date is agreed.

Expiry

When a paid period expires, some business actions or modules may be limited until renewal. We may keep data for a reasonable period so the business can renew or request an export, subject to our policies.

Renewal

Manual-payment subscriptions do not renew automatically unless Okay Business later introduces and you expressly enable an automatic payment method. You should renew before expiry if uninterrupted access is important.

Upgrades

You may request an upgrade to a higher plan. The effective date, price difference and remaining-period treatment will be shown or confirmed before activation.

Downgrades

A downgrade may reduce features or limits. It normally takes effect at the agreed date or next period. Make sure your data and usage fit within the lower plan.

Add-ons

Add-ons are separate from the main subscription unless explicitly marked as included. An add-on can be monthly, yearly, one-time or custom quote.

Enterprise

Enterprise is a custom plan. It may not appear on standard signup. Scope, price, duration, limits and services are confirmed separately.

Directory package

Business Directory can have a separate package. It may currently be Free. If paid directory packages are introduced, the applicable price will be shown before a new purchase or renewal.

Invoices and records

Keep your invoice, payment reference and proof for your own records. Contact support if your business name, billing details or payment record needs correction.

Taxes and external charges

Prices may exclude taxes, government charges, domain registration, advertising spend, third-party licences, hardware, delivery or other external costs unless clearly stated as included.

When a billing period begins

Your paid period normally starts from the activation date confirmed in Okay Business. If a different start date was approved, the dashboard should reflect that approved period. Keep payment and activation records for your reference.

Renewal before expiry

You can submit renewal payment before the current plan expires. Where supported, the new paid period can be added after the current confirmed end date so that paid time is not lost.

What happens after expiry

Some features may become unavailable or read-only after expiry. We aim to keep your account records safely stored for a reasonable period, but continued access to paid tools depends on an active subscription.
